Abstract:
The current cosmology, in which the universe is dominated by dark energy and dark matter, provides a reliable framework to understand structure formation in the universe. However, our understanding of the nature of dark matter and about how galaxies form in the cosmic web is still poor. The talk will provide an overview about the current status and future perspectives of the field.
