Seeking upper division Physics/Astronomy majors to serve as in-class peer TAs for Physics 182 in the TBL classrooms in ILC.
Needed: 1 or 2 undergraduate peer TAs for Physics 182 in the TBL rooms in ILC. The course, on Electromagnetism, is the second in the introductory Physics course sequence for majors. Duties include attending lectures and helping students develop a deeper understanding of concepts and effective problem-solving techniques through the solving of in-class problems. The TA is also expected to hold two office hours/week outside of class. The lectures run MWF 12:20 - 1:10. The position requires 4 - 5 hours/week.
