UMass Quantum Simulators cited in Science's Breakthroughs of the Year

Science Magazine, in its listing of the Top Ten Breakthroughs of the Year cited the work of theorists Pollet, Prokofiev and Svistunov. Their research benchmarks the accuracy of quantum simulations of ultracold atoms on an optical lattice. More information can also be seen on Nature magazine.
