Abstract:
The electric dipole moment (EDM) is a quantity that violates time-reversal and parity symmetry. Assuming the CPT theorem, it is a CP-violating observable. In recent years, precision measurements of EDMs have been making great progress. This talk will discuss the possibility of CP-violating interactions in several extensions of the Standard Model: leptoquark, dark photon, and effective field theory.
