Once you have arrived on campus, please park in one of the areas marked with a blue circled P on the map. The closest lot is in the campus center, indicated by one of the two red boxes. The ACFI is on the Fourth Floor of the Lederle Graduate Research Tower (LGRT), also indicated by a red box.

The Director's office is in Room 416, through the double doors directly across from the elevators as you exit. He may be reached at (413) 545-0320. Alternately, you may contact Emily Gluck in the Physics Department office on the 11th floor at (413) 545-2545.

If you are not a Permanent US Resident, and you want to reimbursed for travel expenses, please provide copies of the following documents when you submit your travel expense form (listed by visa type):

H1-B visa: W-8BEN, Copy of Passport, Copy of Visa, Copy of Entry Stamp, B-Certificate
J-1 visa: W-8BEN, Copy Passport, Copy of Visa, Copy of Entry Stamp, DS-2019 Form, Sponsor Letter
