The effective number of dark radiation (neutrino) has been constrained with uncertainty \sigma(N_eff) = 0.020 from the 2015 Planck TT, EE and TE power spectra. The sum of neutrino masses M_\nu were forecasted to be detected from CMB-S4 and DESI BAO at ~5\sigma confidence level. In this talk, I will review how N_eff and M_\nu are constrained from CMB (and BAO) experiments.
