Ionization cross sections of neutrino electromagnetic interactions with electrons

Next-generation xenon detectors with the features of low thresholds and backgrounds, and multi-ton-year exposure are not only powerful direct probes of dark matter candidates but also excellent telescopes of solar neutrinos. In this talk, an ab initio calculation of atomic ionization processes by neutrinos was carried out in the framework of multiconfiguration relativistic random phase approximation. The main goal is to provide a more accurate cross section formula, to study the discovery potential of ton-scale xenon detectors in electromagnetic moments of solar neutrinos.
