Save the Date! Biophysics Lunches this Semester
Inspired by the Biophysics Slam back in December, this semester we are looking for lunch talks exploring a theme: "Understanding coacervation and membraneless organelles, and how vesicles interact with (or the role of vesicle in) phase-separated domains". If you work on theory/modeling, model systems, or have a good biological examples where phase separation or coacervation plays a role, please volunteer to speak and plan to attend lunch! We'll be aiming for slightly shorter talks with a bit more discussion around these topics, with an eye on developing a larger collaborative effort. Join us on these dates at noon in Hasbrouck room 409:
Jan 31 Andrew Stephens
Feb 14 Alice Cheung
Feb 28 Alam Garcia-Heredia
March 13 Sarah Perry
March 27 Tom Maresca
April 10 Jasna Fejzo
April 24 Robert Yvon
