Learn about the implications of the ongoing genomic revolution – from basic scientific discoveries to personalized medicine. Courtney Babbitt, Commonwealth Honors College professor in biology, will speak to the campus community about her research on Oct. 7 at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Union Ballroom.
Babbitt's research uses both computational and experimental approaches to better understand environmentally-relevant changes, such as diet, and how they contribute to gene expression and the evolution of human and non-human primates.
